Return & Refund Policy – Home & Kitchen Utility Products

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Eligibility: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories, tags, and invoices intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used, damaged (by customer), or missing parts items are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for quick resolution.
  • Pickup & Inspection: Returns are subject to pickup and quality check. Refund/replacement is processed after approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Replacement: Available for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
  • Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
